Bay Orchard Sprayers

Bay Orchard Sprayers are horticulture spraying contractors based in Te Puke. They were running an access database system that was linked to Quickbooks for logging and invoicing jobs. We developed a new web based system for Bay Orchard Sprayers to replace the old one which along with logging and invoicing jobs pushed invoice information through to Xero and spray diary information through to Zespri. The system includes the ability to schedule in proposed jobs and then from that information convert them into an invoice covering products applied, per ha charges and gate fees, etc. One of the main benefits to the client is that now that the data is web based they can log into the system from any computer anywhere in the world and do not have to install anything. Which was a big change from only being able to use the old access system while in the office and only on the one machine.

The system was built on ASP.Net with a MS SQL database
